Can't even use the app, just says: "Age update required. Go to your Google Account birthday settings. Under Personal Info, tap Birthday, then Update and Save" with a broken link. Nothing happens when I follow the instructions or uninstall and reinstall. I called and they said that they hadn't even heard of the issue, despite there being several other reviews mentioning it. They even said "there are no recorded issues with the app at this time, so it must be a problem on your end."

Plainly, this app just doesn't work. Just like their mobile site, it's garbage. None of the drop-down menus to "Select member" work, so I can't access anything because I can't select the member I want to access it for. This is no surprise to me, though, because the website has always been a mess and currently, it takes me into an infinite redirect loop when I sign in. What a disaster and a shame...it's infuriating to know the chunk we pay for insurance got blown on this.

The app simply does not work. Before even being able to log in, it notifies me that "age update required", telling me to change my birthday in my Google account. The link the pop-up provides is broken, and there's no way around it. I'd tell you to get another insurance provider, but if you're using the student resources app, you probably don't have a choice. Treat United Healthcare with the level of respect they've earned.
